 Our Philosophy

What is most rewarding is seeing the smile on my clients faces after they look at their new eyebrows. We all know that beauty comes from within, but our physical attributes somehow always affect how we feel about ourselves. This is more so for people who have had very negative experiences with inexperienced technicians or have slowly lost their eyebrows due to age or illness. Of course what’s inside matters most, but if you’re not confident about the way you look, it causes unneeded insecurities. That’s why I take my role very seriously because at the end of the day my clients walk out happier and more confident.
What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup is a specialized technique used for permanent cosmetics which is sometimes referred to as micro pigmentation.

Who should not get permanent makeup?
Some people are not good candidates for permanent makeup. Here’s a list of circumstances in which permanent make is not recommended.
If you have oily skin there is a chance that the pigment will not take on your skin.
If you’ve had Botox or any other facial aesthetic procedures in the past 30 days.
If you are sick with the cold, flu etc.
If you are Diabetic.
If you are pregnant or nursing.
If you have Epilepsy.
If you have a viral infection and / or diseases.
If you are undergoing Chemotherapy.
If you have a skin irritation such as Rosacea or psoriasis near the area being worked on.
If you have had an organ transplant.
If you have a pacemaker or any major heart problems.
If you’ve used Accutane in the past year.

How long does the healing process take?
It is completely normal to experience some tenderness and swelling immediately following the procedure and for a few days after. The pigment will appear darker and more vibrant than how it will actually look when it is healed. Healing durations vary with each person but generally take between 5 to 8 days. Other than the slight sensitivity to the treated area, healing is normally painless.

How long does it last?
Although permanent makeup lasts for years allowing you to focus on more important matters, the exact length of time varies depending on skin type, lifestyle and exposure to the sun. To maximize the duration, please follow the after treatment care provided above and try and always cover treated area when in the sun.
It is important that you fully understand that everyones skin is different so the results vary from one person to the next this means that the tattoo may fade and with some people completely disappear.  You must understand that this is a risk you are taking permanent makeup is an art and not a science so it is important that you understand that although 95% of clients have a successful procedure some don't.  Some people's skin does not take the tattoo so it fades partially and or fully and that is a major risk you are taking.
